Reading about the program, deciding if it's for you.


Step 2:
Should you chose to work with me, I reach out to you to ask some questions.
For example:

What equipment are you working with?Any previous injuries?How many sessions per week can you make time for?

I use the answers to make a first draft of your program.This is your opportunity to eat all of the bad foods in your home before your macro and calorie targets arrive!


Step 3:
I promptly send you the first draft, you communicate with me if you'd like any changes.
Shortly after, we begin the program.


Step 4:
You complete your sessions, I give you targets.
I am always watching to keep you accountable.


Step 5:You arrive at day 30. You can chose to have a full refund, and keep the program.

Step 6:
You complete the 6 week mesocycle, and likely chose to start another program with me to progress towards becoming the fittest you have ever been.
